Get Your CEO Publishing Video Content Twice a Month — Without it Becoming Your Job.
The Baltimore Podcast Company runs the entire production cycle for executive video content: filming, editing, mastering, graphics, transcripts, and distribution. Your CEO shows up and talks. We handle everything else.
Executive video doesn't fail because the idea was bad. It fails because nobody owned production.
The pitch is always the same: get the CEO on camera, publish consistently, build authority. It usually starts strong.
Then the calendar wins.
The CEO's time is the hardest thing in the company to schedule twice. The first reschedule is understandable. The third one is the end of the show.
Then production becomes someone’s side project.
Editing, graphics, transcripts, clips, distribution — someone absorbs it on top of their actual job, until they can’t, and the gap between episodes shows.
Then it quietly stops.
Not with a decision to cancel. It just stops publishing, and eventually someone asks why there hasn’t been a new episode in two months.
We've seen this pattern almost every time a company runs executive video in-house: someone senior gets excited, three or four episodes get made, then it dies in the handoff between “who films this” and “who edits this.”
That's the part we take over. Not the idea. The system that keeps it running after month two.
Welcome to The Baltimore Podcast Company
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
Who This is For
It has to actually happen
You've been asked to get your CEO or a senior exec publishing video content, and you need it to actually happen — not just get approved.
Your exec talks, not produces
Your exec is willing to show up and talk, but has no time or interest in learning production.
A schedule you can plan around
You want a fixed publishing schedule your team can plan content and distribution around.
Handled end-to-end
You want this handled end-to-end, not managed by your team in pieces
Production ours, reach yours
We produce the show — growing its reach stays with you and your team.
On the exec's side
Based within reach of Cross Keys, North Baltimore, and able to commit an hour or so, twice a month to record.

FAQ
You ask, we answer
Does this help with AI search visibility, not just traditional SEO?
Yes. Every episode comes with a full transcript and structured show notes — the exact format AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews look for when deciding what to cite. Your CEO's actual words become searchable, quotable content, not just audio.
Why does this matter more than a blog post?
AI systems increasingly favor original, firsthand material over generic articles that repeat what's already online. A CEO talking through real experience, in his own words, twice a month, is harder to duplicate than written content — and it builds a body of original material AI tools can draw from over time.
What exactly is included?
Studio recording, full video production, editing, branded graphics, transcripts, show notes, distribution, and short-form clips — every month, for one price. See the full list above.
How much does it cost?
$3,000 a month, plus a one-time $4,500 investment in your custom production package.
What's the commitment?
A 6-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days notice to stop. Billed monthly via ACH, on the 1st or the 15th.
What happens in Month 1?
We build your show — strategy, production package, and a full dry run — before anything publishes. Regular recording starts Month 2.
Do you help me grow my audience?
No — we produce the show. Growing its reach stays with you and your team.
Who owns the footage and files?
You do, entirely. We hold files for 30 days after delivery, then recommend you've archived them on your end.
What if I need more than what's included?
Additional studio time is $400/hour, additional editing is $225/hour.
Where is the studio?
The Village of Cross Keys, North Baltimore, inside Groove Workspace.
How many members do you take on?
